Wayne A. Palladino

Mr. Palladino became a member of the firm in 2002. Prior to joining Pzena Investment Management, Mr. Palladino was senior vice president and chief financial officer at the Lillian Vernon Corporation, and was senior vice president and chief financial officer at Transworld Healthcare, Inc. He earned a B.S. in Economics and an M.B.A. in Finance with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
